Using this portal
Use VietnamMC Support only for genuine support, account, purchase, appeal, report, creator, or privacy requests. Information and evidence you submit must be accurate and must not violate another person's privacy or rights.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for access to your Discord or Google account and for activity performed through your support session. Do not share link codes, impersonate another player, probe restricted routes, automate spam, or attempt to bypass security controls.
Support and moderation
Response estimates are targets, not guarantees. Staff may merge or close duplicates, remove unsafe attachments, restrict abusive accounts, and make moderation decisions under the published server rules. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a sanction will be changed.
Third-party services
Sign-in providers, payment providers, Minecraft services, and external community links operate under their own terms. VietnamMC is an independent Minecraft server and is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
