What we collect

We store profile information supplied by your selected sign-in provider, your verified Minecraft UUID and username, support tickets, messages, attachments, notifications, and security records needed to operate this portal. We never ask for a Minecraft password or full payment-card details.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, verify account ownership, answer requests, prevent abuse, keep an audit trail of staff actions, and protect players and the server. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and service providers

Discord or Google handles the sign-in flow you choose. Minecraft avatar services may receive a public UUID when an avatar is displayed. Authorized support staff can view information needed to resolve a request. We may disclose records when required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or safety.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for support, moderation, security, and legal obligations. Sessions and link codes expire automatically. Access controls, hashed session tokens, rate limits, and audit logs reduce unauthorized access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can unlink your Minecraft identity from Profile. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data, open a Privacy & Data ticket. We may retain limited records where security or law requires it.
